The company did an excellent job. Everything was completed in a timely manner. The new system works great and I have not had any problems. Overall, I was very satisfied with the job they did.

Our new gas log fireplace looks really nice, and it works great too. Collins Heating and A/C did a wonderful job, and we couldn't be happier about the way they conducted their business with us. They were so nice and really listened to what we wanted. They did their best to accommodate us.

I DID SEE A FEW ERRORS IN THEIR WORK. THEY LEFT A LARGE GAP IN THE CRAWL SPACE AND THEY REMOVED A PIPE FROM THE WALL. BOTH HOLES HAD TO BE PATCHED, BUT I WAS HAPPY WITH EVERYTHING ELSE.
