As always, I had a good experience. Rick takes the time to explain what's needed and why and then does a great job of it. Prices for product and for service work are reasonable. And, oh, how I appreciate the patient help he and Liz provide when there's new stuff to learn or I hit a glitch with something!

These folks are friendly, kind, professional and talented. They saved every bit of my data, including my itunes in a format that I understood and could then transfer on my own to another computer at home. I feel that the cost was reasonable, the service was efficient and accurate, and I will be going back to them when I have the need.
