He and his crew do a good job once they are on site. He knows his work. The problem is the lack of communication on when he will arrive and then arriving unannounced at his convenience without considering the convenience of his client. I received an email from the neighborhood association about work trucks blocking the road without notice. Pricing seems inconsistent. JR wants his clients to trust his word, but that trust must be earned with open communication and follow through.

They do excellent quality work at a good price. The workers are all very honest as well.
