We booked Josh the same day he came out to view the project. We gave him a down payment then and there. The project was expected to take a few days. We told him we would be out of town on a particular weekend. He and his crew came out that weekend and did all of the work while we were gone, which was nice since we didn't have to live in a work zone for several days. Once they completed their work, they reseeded the lawn and covered it with straw--that's the only sign we knew they were even there.
We were very skeptical of the work since we were not home when it was done, but when the first heavy rainfall came, we went into the backyard where the drains emptied and found water pouring out of them. So, we knew something was done.
We are very pleased with the services they provided, and they came in $400 under their quote, which is always a plus.
