Company requested additional funds over quote for "supplies", then said check had not arrived and requested wire transfer. I did wire, then they cashed the check as well. When I arrived in NC, minimal digging had been done, a few inexpensive materials were laying on ground, paving was basically almost transparent tar with a minimal amount of overly large, sharp rocks laid over it. Finally got vendor to meet....and he agreed to reimburse me $2000 with an agreed-upon payment schedule. Two years later, I have only received $700 despite repeated promised of "it's in the mail" or "I will come by this week with some money". At the time he got my extra money, he was able to buy a new truck...maybe he needed the down payment?
