Comporium Communication

It is the local provider for TV, phone, and internet. I am a captive by them. I think their pricing is way too high. They have a monopoly on service here. If I had a choice, I would certainly look at whoever else is in the area, but I do not have a choice.

The customer service was extraordinary.  The entire office staff that we encountered was so friendly and helpful.  Karen was fantastic.   If all in person customer service was like this place, I might stop doing all my transactions online.
Also, the technician that did the original installation was very pleasant and professional.

Everything goes smoothly.  I have moderately fast, going to get upgraded soon.

The staff we talked with were pleasant enough though I felt they were lacking in depth or detail regarding what exactly we were paying for or what our options might be. The two installers were the same. They basically hooked us up but confirming our phones worked on the lines they said we had available or customizing our internet password to what we would find easier to use all required asking them to do so. I felt like I was leading them through the process instead of the other way around. In addition while here they took possession of a pre-existing communication device saying only that it was probably something we would never use even though I told them I didn't want them to take it. After several phone calls requesting the return item I was told, a week later, that the device was theirs from the previously foreclosed upon owners so it was their right to take it. If that is truly the case I found it extremely unprofessional to remove the device without clearing this discrepancy through us first.
