A home inspector called our attention to a water leak underneath the house. This was the day after Carl did the work replacing the intake and shut off valves and repaired a burst pipe in the bathroom shower. I called him Tuesday afternoon to report water filling the hole where the valves are located and the collection of water under the house. We made an appointment for the next morning. When rainy weather moved into the area, Carl called to reschedule the appointment as the work would be done outside. He arrived and diagnosed the problem, contacted the original well man and when he could not come out that day, Carl made the repair along with his helper, Gary.

Carlos was contacted by the gentleman who was working on our well pump. He arrived within 30 minutes of the call and had his part of the repair work completed in a very timely fashion. He was very personable and offered very good instructions about future winterizing procedures.
