 + -1 moreHe hasn't been seen since. He abandoned the job site and does not answer his phone. I had to hire another mason to finish the job and clean up the mess that Mr. Belvet Earl Towensend started.
Description of Work: Did agree to a price for two retaining walls. He then began to prepare the area by removing old retaining walls and piling the debris on my lawn. He stated he would need more money because he had underestimated the amount of the labor required. He did state he would need more materials and he would deliver them if he had the money up front.
