It never happened. First time they failed to show they had an emergency, which I understood, even though I did not get a call until the day of about 20 minutes before appointment. They ended up doing a no show again. Would never respond when I called, I believe Dawn uses a cell phone so she can reject calls. Ended up having to get the warranty company involved. Dawn was completely unprofessional on the call that even the rep was astounded that she had spoken to me that way. I mentioned that her review on Google was bad, and she claims they don't have bad reviews on Google. She called me back but I didn't answer because wanted to continue to argue with me. Do you really want to deal with unprofessional people like this? From the very beginning I should have known this was a bad deal. As the first guy who came supposedly fixed our A/C and it never turned on. Do not call, unless you like getting yelled at and missing work because people cannot keep appointments and at the very least do not know how to communicate. Honestly a call the night before would have avoided a LOT.
