From the first phone call for a quote, Stacy was prompt and efficient. Within a day or so he visited to check the scope of work and to understand what we wanted completed. Once we had decided to go forward with the project he kept his quoted price even though it was more than a month old. He clearly stated what he would provide and what prep work we would be responsible for, such as clearing off the deck for access. The day before he purchased materials he brought a paint chip for comparison and even offered to paint a small area to be sure the color was what we wanted. The first day of the work he made sure nothing had changed and stayed in regular communication with my wife to let her know how things were progressing. Due to some forecasted weather, they stopped a little earlier than planned but were still completely finished the next day. (This would have taken me a month of weekends to do.) Unused materials were left for our later use. Other than the work itself, there was no evidence of them being there. They did not leave any marks in flower beds, grass, sidewalks, or trash lying around. Very professional work and we could not be more pleased.
