It is a small local business. Every time I have called, he has been able to come out and has been able to fix things. Actually my father-in-law has built 3 houses and he has put in all of the plumbing in all those houses. So I really trust him. He is just good. He doesn't charge more than he needs to. He will do extra things while he is there, if you need something else looked at. I always feel like I am getting my money's worth. I think it is $80 to come out and then whatever he does is on top of that.

It went fine. The gentleman was prompt and very pleasant. I felt comfortable having him in my home. I would use them again if I needed to.

These guys have done several projects for me; the last was replacing all
pipes in house. In addition while replacing pipes they were able to
fix the utility sink that had been stopped up for yrs. They also put in
house water filter = one that i am able to change myself (i'm elderly
and don't have strength i use to) and they replaced the outside faucet to one that does not freeze.
Vestey understands my desire to have things done right, and he does it.

It wasn't anything major that they did, but they were very prompt, and they actually came when they said they would. I have not had that experience very much. I wasn't here when they came. I set everything up but my husband was here when they came, and he said that it went very well.
