They are rated number one in the area from what I understand. They are very professional and they cover all the bases and all the media outlets. In fact, they sold our property within the first 24 hours that they had it. Our interactions with them had been great and they charged us a commission of 6% for their service.

We have been working with Barbara Thomas for over a year in search of a new home.  We were not in a position where we had to buy immediately, but knew we were looking to buy a house within a year or so.  We received regular email updates with listings that met my pre-defined criteria and also received periodic phone calls from Barbara just to check in.  There was never any high-pressure to move on a listed property or overly pushy leads coming in.  We looked at numerous houses over the past year; some that were an almost fit, but we kept waiting for the best house that would fit our needs.  We never felt as though we were an imposition on Barbara's time and she always responded with the best, most helpful, and friendly attitude.
The wait paid off given the buyers market.  Barbara helped us find the perfect home, in the perfect neighborhood, and, most of all, the perfect price range.  When we finally decided to place an offer on the house, Barbara helped us at every step of the way with the home inspection process, questions we posed to the seller, questions about utilities and services in the neighborhood; basically anything you could imagine, she helped us resolve any and all issues and questions. The bonus is our fantastic new neighbors. The pace of Barbara's leads and interaction was absolutely perfect for us and we couldn't have been more pleased with the entire process over the last year.

We did major research into choosing a Realtor, and were confident this firm was top notch and we weren't disappointed.. We did all the transactions to purchase our home over the phone and online, and never met the Realtor until weeks after the sale was complete. We were always informed as to the progress of the negotiations  in a timely manner. We felt that we got a good price on the house as a direct result of the expertise of this Realtor.
Invited owners of company back to see the house after major renovations were made and had a more than enjoyable visit from them.  They are a pleasure to know.

After reading all the agent's bio's, we decided on David Thomas, the owner of the agency to represent us. It was a very wise decision on our part. David was a master at what he did. He was on top of everything, kept us up to date on all that was transpiring, and secured the best deal possible for us on the home. From start to finish, he started out as a veritable "pig-in-a-poke" and ended up as a friend. Purchasing a home when you are 800 miles a way is difficult at best. David made the process go very smoothly and as painless as could be. His recommendations for a mortgage company, building inspector and other ancillary services were all great that also went equally smooth. David, and his wife Barbara (who had to pitch in to get us some emergency information) did a great job, and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase property or a home in the Boone area.
