Most recently, they replaced part of the electronic unit for the fan.  They are responsive and come out when I call them.  They are willing to come at the end of the day, even if it means they'll be working late.

First cold night of the season, heat would not come on. Called several companies the next morning. Most could not respond for 1 to 5 days. Northwestern said that a technician was working on an install nearby and that they would ask him to drop by. Technician responded within 1 hour of my first call. Very professional! I will definitely call on them for any future work.
