Description of Work: We would not recommend this company for geo-thermal installation. He underestimated what our home required, and didn't know enough about the installation to do it properly.

 + -1 moreMost recently, they replaced part of the electronic unit for the fan. They are responsive and come out when I call them. They are willing to come at the end of the day, even if it means they'll be working late.
Description of Work: I have an annual service contract with them.

 + -1 moreFirst cold night of the season, heat would not come on. Called several companies the next morning. Most could not respond for 1 to 5 days. Northwestern said that a technician was working on an install nearby and that they would ask him to drop by. Technician responded within 1 hour of my first call. Very professional! I will definitely call on them for any future work.
Description of Work: Technician responded very quickly to diagnose problem with main circulating fan in my heating system. They determined that the failed fan was under warranty, obtained replacement and installed it.
