I would definitely use this company again.  They came over right away (same day I called--and I called in the late afternoon!) and assessed the situation and started work the next morning.  They have the appropriate knowledge and connections in their field and finished the work in a timely and expeditious manner.

The crew from Mr Restoration was great.They went above and beyond to complete the task of getting all the water from my burst pipes removed and to get every thing all dry befor it started to mold.They had to do some miner repairs and paint.All in all great job.Everything is finally done.Looks great and smells much better.Took about two weeks.

I had a ruptured pipe in the ceiling above my bedroom closet and utility closet.  The plumber called in Mr. Restoration who said they needed not only to take everything out of the closet in order to facilitate the cleanup and repair, but to pack up all of the furniture in the bedroom and remove it.  I asked them what they needed me to do and they said nothing -- they would take care of everything. | |I had put a Closet Maid system into my closet which enabled me to put away the various sizes of items that I own in a quite efficient manner.  I asked them to take pictures of the arrangement so they could put it back exactly as it was and they said they always do that. | |Over the course of the next few days, they took apart my bedroom and moved everything out.  They put in big dryers to be sure that all the moisture was dried out.  I had no problem with that part of the job. | |The problem came when things were put back.  Nothing went right.  The women who had taken the closet apart had no idea how to put it back together, but instead of asking, they just guessed.  They didn't use nearly as many brackets as had been there.  They even had a clothes rod installed above a shelf.  Surely they realized that the closet parts were not properly installed, but they still put back all the clothes, shoes, and assorted things that had been stored in the closet. They had hangers hooked over the wires of the shelves. | |I couldn't believe my eyes when I came home and looked at my closet they day they "finished" the job.  I ended up taking everything out again and completely reinstalling the closet system.  I had to go buy new hardware because many of the wall inserts could not be reused and brackets were missing.  It took me 2 days to get everything back again. | |In addition, they didn't put back my entertainment system as it had been.  Behind a large chest I had hung a power strip on the wall that everything plugged in to.  They needed to plug things in while the chest was away from the wall, and then slide the chest back.  They didn't.  So I had to take the TV off the chest, take the drawers out of the chest so that I could move it, hook up the pieces of the entertainment system, then put everything back.  There went another few hours. | |To make matters worse, while they were working at my house, they propped open my front storm door for some reason, and then let the wind catch it. The door was warped beyond repair and had to be replaced.  That meant that I had to go to the store, buy the door, be home for the installer, and then send Mr. Restoration the bill.  | |I'd like to have sent them a bill for all the time they cost me.  If I ever have another leak, I will do much of the job myself and avoid having to re-do shoddy work that someone else does.  Do yourself a favor and avoid Mr. Restoration at all costs.
