They did a great job. I was completely satisfied. He was able to do the job without us being there. He completed everything as he said he would without us being there to make sure it happens. The carpets looked good.

THEY HAVE ONLY CLEANED THE CARPET IN MY LIVING ROOM ONCE. WHEN I CAME HOME FROM WORK THERE WAS SUCH A BIG DIFFERENCE. ALL OF THE DIRT AND STAINS WERE GONE OUT OF THE CARPET. THEY SHOWED UP THE DAY THEY SAID THEY WOULD.
