Matheson Tile

I paid 9,000 for Matheson tile to do a deplorable job and leave me with a quarter size hole in my jacuzzi tub, along with other multiple cracks. When I confronted the owner, he denied his employee doing it and refused to pay for the tub repairs. I gave him the opportunity to do the right thing, but instead he chose to insult us, calling us knit-picky and basically stated he did not care. I paid him too much money to begin with and received very poor quality service. I even found his employee rummaging around at 8:30 pm one night, trying to find a key so he could "work." It was very obvious his employee was on some kind of mind-altering drug. Go elsewhere or you will be left with a HEADACHE to deal with. This company is very dishonest and does not value quality work.
