I called Kenny Johnson on Friday, he called on Saturday to say he was coming to look at our hot tub. He called back an hour later to let me know his truck was having a problem and would let me know as soon as he could get here. 2 hours later he called to say he had borrowed a vehicle so he could do the jobs he had lined up for the day. He was here 20 minutes later. Took a look at our hot tub, that was making a horrible noise, tightened down the motor and let me know that it would be good for a while, but it did have a vibration in it that caused it to shake loose. He recommended we watch it to make sure the vibration didn't get worse and to call him back if/when it does. He said that because we were on the way to his other jobs and he was only here for a few minutes, he would not charge us for this fix.
I'm elated! Our hot tub works and he didn't try to replace something that would still be good for a while.
