I have been using Jennifer's Touch Housekeeping for about 5 years. I have an out of state cabin that I rent when not using it ourselves. Jennifer cleans after guests, checks house between visits, maintains typical wear and tear items and helps manage landscaping and contractor jobs. She cares for my place as her own and I cannot praise Jennifer enough. Her ability to make a place sparkle is amazing! Her ethics, and kindness are unparalleled. She always goes the extra mile for me and for my guests. She never says 'no' or 'cant' to anything. Her effort is super human. One of the most frequent comments from guests about my cabin is how immaculate it is. Jennifer notices every little detail and takes all jobs in stride. She has no trouble picking up supplies for me when I run out, and often even forgets to ask for reimbursement. I could not rent the cabin if it were not for Jennifer. She is an invaluable asset. She is not a service provider, she has become family!

Jennifer was undaunted by these challenges and took on the projects. Starting with our initial conversation through viewing the two houses to her follow up after the houses were complete I was impressed with Jennifer. Jennifer communicated quickly and effectively returning phone calls, emails and texts the same day. Jennifer cleaned my house for ten hours, non-stop, even during conversations between us she did not stop cleaning. When finished it was cleaned better than when I moved in. The day Jennifer cleaned my house unexpected guests arrived. She quickly adapted to everything going on and still did an excellent job. She worked even longer hours to clean the rental house during a limited time frame which enabled me to meet the terms of the leases. Jennifer's attention to detail, skill, concern and strong work ethic are impressive, even to a fellow perfectionist. I couldn't be more pleased with her work or the whole experiences of working with Jennifer. Thank you Jennifer!
