"I said i would be glad to check it however it was not covered under warranty because she had purchased the thermostat , if it was improperly installed i would cover , she then got irate and said she would call someone else . also this was done in October and she called on 5/15 and i called her back on 5/15 . i don't think i should warranty materials that i didn't supply . I have been in business for over 30 years and have never had anyone act this way ?"
