Bruce was very professional, he explained in detail what the issue was and why I was seeing water in the basement, basically the coil needed to be replaced. He gave me the price to complete the job & once we agreed he went ahead and ordered the parts. Once the part arrived he contacted us to gain entry to the property & proceeded to replaxce the coil. The work was completed on time and we have not seen warter since. Bruce was very professional and did a fine job, he did a very nice job cleaning upafter he had completed the work, I would definately use him again.
