I was told the spark plug replacement for a 2007 Ford F-150 was going to $675 if they did not break any plugs removing them. I called them after most of the day went by and they were just starting. About an hour later they called me and told me they broke all the plugs and the cost was going to be $1500. I cannot believe they could break all of them if they were at all careful. I had to go though with the repair in order to ever drive a.gain. They also informed me that two of the eIght Coils were bad. This repair is well know to Ford that this isa bad design problem. Ford should help with the cost. They completed the repairs in a timely fashion and the vehicle runs fine.

Perfect as usual as I have used service department for three years. Conplimentary car wash , car to drive while being serviced. Would recommend service to all.
