Stereo and Home Theater System Service
They have only followed up twice with service when I have needed them 7-8 times in the past 5 years. If anything goes wrong, they refuse to come repair it. Anyone that I have had come in to try and fix it is perplexed as to how it was set up originally. They do not return phone calls or return emails. It is such a mess and I spent $100,000 on this system. Recently my receiver went out and they instructed me to send it into them. I mailed it in and he said I needed a new one for $1400.00, when I can buy a new on online for $700.00.
