My college daughter's rear windshield had shattered and Marion at Appalachian Auto Glass was extremely helpful in getting it replaced. He was able to order the glass and have it available to install the next day. He also offered to pick up the car, fix it at the shop and then re-deliver it - which we took advantage of because of my daughter's class schedule that day. Every thing went as scheduled and my daughter was very comfortable and pleased with the process and the replacement windshield. It's not a small thing for a mother a couple of hours away to feel comfortable with a service provider helping out a daughter. Thank you Marion.

Absolutely excellent! Very knowledge and super nice people. Service was done w/in 3 hrs tops They filed my insurance and it cost me a total of ZERO $$$$. Gotta love that!!

Great work and recommend highly. Small and personal business- top quality job. There's a large chain in the area I've used before that takes you to the cleaners- especially tourists. Appalachian auto is the place to go for glass and many other general auto issues. Call and ask for Marion- tell him Chris up on the hill sent you.
