Jimmy was very responsive and professional. HIs team did a good job installing a gas pac in our attic, without damaging the interior of the house. They cleaned up after themselves.

The issue here is that there is that there is only person at Aldridge who can service the Buderus and he doesn't live in the area. Over the last two Christmas holidays we have been stuck for days in a cold house without heat. We have been unable to do anything but make an appointment for a visit after the holidays. This season we have now been without heat for 10 days. (The temperature last night was in the low 20s; tonight we expect the low teens.) The heat went out on December 23rd. Several days after Christmas we had a service call and learned that a part had to be ordered. (Again, it would have been nice to know that neither parts nor service for the Buderus were available locally.) The part didn't come Friday. It is now due today, but It is January 2nd, another holiday, and no one at Aldridge can be reached. I must say that the folks at Aldridge have been prompt, reliable and good to us in the past when we had an old failing oil furnace; but since upgrading to the Buderus we are more than a little disappointed.
