When doing a Web search for windshield repair Action Auto Glass came up. I called and spoke with a man who said a woman would call me back. Didn't get a call back for a couple of days so I called again. This time I spoke with a woman. She apologized for the miscommunication and explained how they could help fix the chip in my windshield. She informed me that my insurance provider should cover the whole cost. Since this was my first chip I was pleasantly surprised. The best part about my experience happened when we were scheduling a time. Their closest openings fell right on my lunch hour. This would not have been an issue had their business been right next to some sort of food establishment. The woman explained about how she drives people to New Market Center while they are doing repairs to grab lunch! Wow! Sure enough she did and came to get me when I was done.
