It went very well. Bruce came at appointed time and stayed until he had a complete diagnosis. He thoroughly cleaned the unit and told me it needed recharged. He was not able to recharge it due to lack of availability of the freon (sp?) needed. However, Bruce was so thorough in telling me what needed to be done, I was able to call another repairman to recharge the unit. Before Bruce left, the unit was working. I would recommend Bruce for HVAC repair and cleaning.

Great! Bruce came to the rescue. Our unit kept running and we couldn’t figure out why. He fixed this issue in less than an hour. Great service. Very professional and courteous.

He was super prompt, polite, and was very reasonably priced. Did not try to sell us a new unit, even though other companies have already tried to talk us into replacing our 20 year old unit. Great and fast service.
