Service Master Quality Clean & Restore

Agent (Russell) came and used gadgets to check for mold in cabinet under my kitchen sink.    He then pulled off toekick to look further.  No mold detected, which is great.   I then asked if he would replace toe kick.  He said his company did not do this.   I then spoke with adjuster of my home owners insurance.   He assured me that Service Master would replace the toe kick and shoe mold.  I have called Service Master but no one returns my call.    So now I have an open hole under my kitchen sink but I have not been able to arrange to have it fixed.   At least some one from the company should call me to arrange for this.

Did fine in taking care of some fire damage. They were recommended by my insurance company and we were very happy with them. They were a little slow, but they had a lot of work. The guys that did the dry wall, did not tent it over and they got dust all over. They gave the whole house a cleaning. Their work was satisfactory and the price was reasonable for what they had to do. There was mildew in my vaulted ceiling and they took it out and checked for leaks and cleaned it up. I would use them again.
