WNC Supreme Paint

The former owner of WNC Supreme Paint and now owner of America’s Handyman, Cameron Barnett has left me in a bind that I hope others can avoid. The price of a floor installation ended up being substantially more than I was initially told as an “actual cost”. The timeframe given, 6 days turned out to be 21 days. Employees came and went as they pleased and rarely showed up when I was told they would. After 21 days, the project cost more than I was told, the time of completion was ignored, but the job was done. I decided to let it go. Fast forward 10 months. The floor starts bubbling up in numerous places. The contract signed by Mr. Barnett and myself has a 48-month warranty period for all work. I attempted to reach Cameron through many platforms to report this issue; e-mails to multiple accounts, the company’s Facebook page, Thumbtack page, texts to Cameron’s cell phone, and phone calls. All have continued to be ignored. I’m not asking this company to drop everything and come fix my floors. Patience and being reasonable seem fair when working with a contractor. But we’re at the point of not even acknowledging the issue. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
