When I took the ring in for an estimate I had already contacted my insurance company. John said he had the correct size, weight and color diamond to match the other diamonds in the ring and gave me the price for replacement and repair, which was equal to what the insurance company quoted. John was able to fix the ring within a day and advised me to cancel the insurance claim, therefore reducing the possibility of a rate increase. He was so right. When I picked up the ring it was completed, bright and shinny and I had time to peruse his shop, which I thoroughly enjoyed. John also gives suggestions and designs jewelry.
