This was the most miserable experience I have ever been a victim of in a retail/ Tourist establishment! I entered the store with two other family members wearing masks and was told they didn’t want our kind in their store!! BE WARNED!! The white bearded mean spirited fool that deeply offended us is representing this business in a VERY dark manner!

Susan was at the register and helped me find everything I needed and as always she made me feel like an old friend. This hardware has the most wonderful feeling in a small town. They are very knowledgeable and helpful and it certainly makes me want to come back. They are excellent!!!
