This was my fifth experience with The Detail Shop and again I was very pleased. I arrived at 9 am, waited in the pleasant, clean waiting room and I was out by 10 am. They were professional, courteous, and did a very good job.

My car looks as good as it did the day I bought it. George is a great guy as is his crew, they worked their a**** off and did a fantastic job!

Everything went great. The work was done in the time that George said it would be done, and he insisted that I thoroughly check out the results before I left. I was so pleased with the work, that I gave a Christmas gift of a Detailing Job to my daughter for her 8-year old Honda Civic. Same great job, it looked as good as new. They even installed a windshield wiper blade for her.

I would very definitely recommend them, and I will be using their services again the next time I need a good cleaning.

The Detail Shop in Black Mountain does excellent work on all aspects of auto cleaning. We've used this business for many years and always had great results. Our vehicles are a Chevy Tahoe, Jeep Wrangler, Chevy Silverado and a Dodge Challenger. Vehicles go in dirty and come out looking sharp, with that new car aroma in the interior. Owner and staff are professional, run a very neat shop and also can do your annual NC inspection. Charge a competitive fair price for the work they do. Drop my car off in the morning and they will drive me to work (in Black Mountain) and even offer to pick me up if needed in the afternoon.

Overall the procedure went well. I went to the shop. They drove me home in my Jeep; drove it back to their shop; detailed it and then picked me up right about when they said it would be done.. I then I took the fellow back to the shop. Nice people.

Although I keep my car washed, it had not been waxed in several years and the interior was looking worn. I use my car in business and have clients in it often, so it needs to be clean inside. The Detail Shop returned my call as promised on the voice mail, scheduled my appointment quickly, and did an excellent job. My car looks great! They did such a good job inside I will be proud to take clients out in it.

This auto is a 2000 Dodge Intrepid and the roof and hood areas were quite dull, despite my using store wax products over the years. The Shop owner, George Thompson, took almost three hours to restore the finish, and did a superb job. Business premises are tidy and clean, and the customer waiting area is exceptionally quiet and comfortable. Mr Thompson and his employees were courteous and pleasant. I highly recommend this business.
