+ -1 moreTerrible! The day of the scheduled appointment the inspector called 20 minutes before the agreed-upon time and said he would not do the inspection because he didn't want to get involved in a potential dispute between me and the builder.
Description of Work: I scheduled an appointment for an independent inspection of my home before my 1-year builder warranty expired.
