Meineke Car Care Center

I own two cars. My brother drives one. He took it to Meineke for its inspection on a Saturday. I didn't think anyone would be open. Very pleased with the service.

Very smoothly. Dee was more than helpful and was very good about letting me know about issues that my vehicle had.

We have a hybrid and they do not have a hybrid technician so we a check engine light comes on and we don't know what it is we usually take it to the hybrid mechanic we know first. At meineke, they can do a lot of things on regular cars though and if they can't do whatever it is they are honest and they will tell you that rather than just trying to fix it. D at the front desk is really nice. We had a flat in a nearby parking lot and the tire was jammed on and we could not get it off - he left the desk and came and helped us get it off at no charge. For oil changes they charge like $30 but at least it is done well. They can do partial and fully synthetic oil which is great for your car.

Did a fast, efficient job of changing my oil in April. The problem arose when I tried to drop in one Saturday in July for the next 3000 miles oil change. They were booked up till Tuesday. Disappointing that this location does not have enough bays/staff to handle walk ins.

The people that operate in that business was previously were based elsewhere, and there is a gentleman that ran a service station in another place; they all have taken care of all of us for years. They are retired now. The people at Meineke Car Care Center are thorough. I can trust what they say. They don't suggest unnecessary things for my car. If I am taking my car for an oil change, they tell me honestly if they see something wrong. They discuss what my options are, they tell me what's the best way to approach it, and tell me if they need to take it to a different mechanic, what they are, etc. I know the person that manages their service for 30 years. They have taken care of our cars for 30 years and then the situation changed.
