Called prior to arrival and showed up on time. Father/son team that work well together. Seem nice and knowledgable about the boiler. Charged $90 to replace fuel filter, clean the exhaust and test/check out boiler. Seems fair and reasonable. Since I saw, ?Heating and A/C? on their shirt and van, I inquired about our air conditioner and started asking technical questions about the installation. At that point, it became clear that they were ?service? only and not installers. He even told me to get with an installer if I had more questions. All in all, good guys and good ole boys from the local small town. Can?t say too much bad about them. I like supporting local and would probably call them again for small repairs. They were punctual and I have to give them that. I would believe they are good service guys if you have a problem with an existing system. However, I would leave it at that and if it starts to get more involved, they will probably suggest that you need to call an, ?Installer?
Description of Work: Performed yearly maintenance on boiler. Worked for previous home owner and called us up for appointment at the appropriate time.
