Jerry worked with me to determine the correct color, then picked it up from wherever I chose. I picked a Benjamin Moore color, but wanted it bought at Sherwin Williams. He did that with no problem. We walked the grounds and discussed the pricing. Most fair price of anyone.
He gave me an estimate based on the square footage and time. He warned me that the outside, going from a dark color to a light color would be difficult to cover in one coat that he would do one section and show me. He didn't charge me extra labor. Just paint costs.
He did it timely and pleasantly. No need to micromanage.
