East Valley Tree

It did not go well. They were hired to remove a stump maybe 24x24, actually do not think it was that large. I was charged $250.00 in cash only. Upon removing all the shavings part of the stump remained. I mentioned that to Ozzie when he was doing work at my neighbors. I think it was about 2 months ago now. He told me he would be back to remove the remaining, that never happened. I sent them An email a week ago and of course, no response. Once again, you try to do the right thing, pay upfront, and when the job is not done and it iisn't, they do not return correspondence. My advice to anyone that hired this company, is to hold back money for after the fact and make sure the job is completed. Of course, they are a cash business, so you can not back it off your credit card.CONSUMERS BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!

Great.

Went great.  Took a while for him to come and do it, but there had been a death in the family in another state.  His crew was good.  They did it quickly and efficiently. Wish I had asked them to do a little more cleanup, but that was my fault, not theirs.

The crew worked fast and efficiently. They have completed work for 3 or 4 other neighbors as well.

We had an old tall pine tree that had to be chopped down in our yard.  They had a truck with a truck that would allow a man in a bucket so that he could be in a better position to start to cut down the tree.  They were good and the prices were reasonable.  My husband had a lot of different estimates from other companies, and this company gave the best estimate, and they stayed right with the estimate that they gave to us.  The man that owns the company is Alfred Kyme.  We were quite pleased with them because they were on time and everyone was very nice.  We will continue to use them again in the future.
