Description of Work: Dawn Wilson was the realtor who sold my house. She started working on the sale immediately by walking through my house and making sensible, low cost suggestions for staging it for sale. She knows what sells houses! Dawn took her own pictures and used some I had taken to create a stunning, user-friendly web site just for my house. She stayed in constant touch with me throughout the selling process, and diligently followed up on every showing. Dawn is a paperwork genius. All the docs I had to sign could be done online. This was convenient and very time-efficient. Dawn worked closely with the buyer's agent moving the sale process along smoothly and quickly. One the day of closing, after I had already left town, Dawn was a SUPERHERO, She got a broken pipe repaired in frigid weather so the house could close later in the day. Though Dawn charged the customary % commission, I feel like I got more than my "money's worth" in service. I had left another realtor because of their inability to sell my house and dropping the ball on an offer. Dawn sold my house quickly and efficiently.

 + -1 moreI couldn't have been happier. Dawn was on top of selling my house at all times. Once we had an offer, she worked diligently on every detail so there were no surprises. All issues were taken care of perfectly. I knew exactly what I to do and when. Dawn's great people skills made the process go smoothly for both buyer and seller. Her attention to detail paid off time and again. She has a great support staff, so everything happened when it was supposed to, and was done accurately! Dawn knows how to sell houses. In this market that really counts. She helped me price my home accurately, and made suggestions that were reasonable for showing it. She cares about a win-win, so the outcome feels good all around. I had to leave before closing, and Dawn handled everything (including getting a frozen pipe fixed on the day of the walk-through).
Description of Work: Dawn listed my home for sale, creating a unique web site for it. She sold my house in record time, within less than 4 months. She also handled the closing in my stead, as I was on my way to my new home.
