on the first visit I was getting a power steering hose replaced they were able to return a more expensive part and charge me less for using a piece of standard hose. I work the night shift and was planning on walking home as there are no taxi's available in the area, but it started to rain. ( I'm here on a short term work assignment so I don't know anyone local to get a ride). The owner (I believe) was kind enough to give me a ride home, and offered to pick me up as well. The end price was less expensive then the original quote, and repair is good... no longer leaks. very satisfied with the fast and friendly service.
I returned about a week later to have my rear brakes done, and was satisfied with the service the second time as well. They are a busy shop , so you may have to schedule a few days ahead.

We determined that it would need to be replaced, but there was no pressure to do so immediately. Vince is a pro's pro. Very upfront about cost and very honest. Would recommend him to anyone who will listen.

I always use Vince, I just haven't been using the car until lately, and it is not quite time for inspection. I can trust Vince, and if I am not satisfied, he will fix it. He gives great advice, too. My family uses Vince as well, if my brother-in-law can't do it!

I love the guys at Cove Auto! Especially when so many shops will take advantage of what you don't know about your car, they are honest, upfront and won't gouge customers on price. They are a rare gem and I'm grateful for all the guys at Cove Auto!! They don't try to upsell just to make money...which I very much appreciate...they suggest things if you need them, but not just becase they can.

On my way to Western carolina University my daughter's car began emitting white smoke from under the hood. She flagged me to pull over, I noticed the anti-freeze in the reservoir bubbling and a leak in that reservoir emitting white steam/smoke. The car did not over heat. I drove to a nearby gas station and they recommended Cove Auto Repair. I met with Vince, he mentioned a few possibilities and told me he would get on the investigation and call with an estimate. I explained I lived 100 miles away and my daughter was 1-1/2 hours away in Cullowhee and that I had to leave to get her moved into her Dorm. and that I would pay over the phone. This shop, as some do, could have taken advantage of this situation, they did not. Vince followed up as he indicated and explained exactly the work he performed and the cost. Outstanding and honest shop! I strongly recommend these guys!
