Saw Ronnie smoking inside. He denied it but agreed to do so outside. Found butts in the yard. The crew tracked in what we believe was cement used during the installation. Crew returned three times but could not remove the footprints. Crew broke a large hanging, wooden 'Endless Knot', hid it behind a curtain, stacked in four pieces. Ronnie finally agreed they broke it and had it fixed. Floor was scratched/gouged where they apparently dropped equipment. They moved a bed, the wood stove and a table back in the room before calling us to inspect their work. They returned to replaced the boards they damaged. After three months Ronnie called Tarkett distributor who hired a third party to inspect the footprints. Determined floor would be replaced at no cost but we had to pay labor to remove furniture and stove. Finally agreed to move furniture but we had to find and pay someone else to move the wood stove. Total time: four months.
