Description of Work: Mr. Pittman built entry steps out of dry stack stone and concrete. He estimated the work to take 5 weeks max. The work took over 7 months. He was about 90% complete when he asked for final payment, promising to finish within a couple of weeks. Full payment was made, but NO MORE WORK was ever performed. Technically, the work he did was excellent, but the extraordinary amount of time it took to even complete 90% was very frustrating. And he didn't keep his word to complete the project.
