He was very professional and polite, problem was after he quoted me a price and we set a date, he never came. I had to call him at least twice to even get a call back and the third phone call, from me, was to ask if he wasn't going to do work to let me know so I could find someone else. He did finally get back to me to let me know he couldn't do it. All in all it was a waste of both of our time.
