Lawn Tool Repair
They were supposed to sell us a special mower, they took the money and never devliered the mower.
They were unresponsive.
They were supposed to put sod down on the whole yard and only put it down on part of the yard.
They were supposed to use money we gave them to rent out special equipment and they never brought it out.

Lawn Tool Repair
Charged for services that were not performed. Failed or refuseed to respond to requests for completion of the project. Will not return phone calls. Made promises that he hasn't kept. Collected money either under false pretenses or with no intention of refunding. Initially sincere, but blatantly refuses to provide customer satisfaction. Provided warranty that hasn't been honored.
