+ 1 moreBrian Gable was recommended to me by the realtor who was handling the sale of my house. The house needed refreshing with interior and exterior paint. I got a couple bids and Brian's was very fair and competitive. I liked Brian a lot; he is very pleasant, low key and easy to work with. The drywall repairs and paint job were both excellent. I would have scored them straight "A"s except for the fact there were so many drips and smears of paint left on the hard surface floors -- slate, hardwood and vinyl. I wasn't home when the painting was being done, so I don't know if the paint crew covered the floors or not. I was readying the house for sale so I spent quite a bit of time and effort after the painters left cleaning up the paint from the floors. I would use Brian again, but I would be very specific about protecting the floors and check them thoroughly during and after the work. Other than the dripped paint, I'm pleased with the work that was pefromed. Brian was very professional, and in his defense, when I called him he said he would have returned and corrected any problems. I didn't call him until after I had cleaned up.
Description of Work: Power washed and painted exterior of house; repaired small area of rotted wood at eaves. Repaired drywall (nail holes, etc.) and painted interior of house.
