Quality Cleaning Solutions

I hired Shannon to clean my house after selling and before the new owners had their final walk through. The initial correspondence was pleasant and informative. She walked through the home before giving a quote. We agreed on a price and scheduled the cleaning. Upon review of her work, I was incredibly disappointed. The carpet hadn't been vacuumed, the floors hadn't been mopped (she admitted that they just swiffered them), the shelves in the closets weren't wiped down (not even dusted), the baseboards weren't touched (a spot cleaning would've sufficed), the glass door and shower walls were just as they were left. To her credit, Shannon did a good job cleaning the fridge. I was forced to have my husband come home from work early to watch our son so that I could clean the house within 3.5 hrs before the new owners had their walk through. I confronted Shannon about my issues. She offered to come the next day and re-clean, which was not an option. She agreed to refund my money (I would have even been okay with a partial refund). I have yet to receive anything, even a response. She has blocked me on fb and on her phone. I have messaged her business page & left a message for her with no response. It is only fair that everyone is aware of her less than stellar work, and unwillingness to resolve this issue. Also, see attached photos.
