From inquiry to final payment, Brandon was extremely responsive, professional, and importantly for me - a younger homeowner, very consultative. He coached me through the options and provided me with budget-conscious ideas for my landscaping project. Once agreed upon, he and his team removed everything from my backyard - this included concrete patio removal, hard landscaping around an elevated garden that was deteriorating, and other rock landscapes areas; fallen trees and branches were cleared. His team also trimmed back trees. Agter grading the property, they laid a rock foundation in alignment with architectural plans for a new deck being installed. The removal and grading stage of the project went very smoothly, and only took one day. Brandon was very conscious of my timeline and worked to accommodate it. During stage one, the team removed mature shrubs that we wanted to preserve. Stage two had to be pushed back due to delays with another contractor, during which time there was a cold snap. Brandon proactively came to the property, delivering pine straw for phase two early that he used to insulate and preserve the mature shrubs so that they would be viable for replanting. I didn’t ask for this, and I couldn’t be more appreciative. Stage two went very well. Brandon led the landscape design (I was clueless as to how to proceed), and had the sod and straw down within a day. Again, he worked on my schedule and was always very communicative (but not reliant on my requests or guidance). I couldn’t be happier with the finished product. I would recommend him to anyone in search of landscaping services, and hope to hire him and his crew again for another project.
