Arrived as scheduled to give me a free estimate for a vapor barrier and dehumidifier in my crawlspace. Was very thorough and answered all my questions. Ended up having the work done a couple weeks later and no regrets! The price was very reasonable, they arrived exactly when promised, and the job was completed within a day. Would recommend!

Craig was honest, fair in his pricing and thorough with his work. He was also punctual and dependable. The job went well--he and his worker were finished within two days, and they left the site clean and tidy. He also told us about a plumbing issue that they found and advised us to call in a plumber for that. We did, and Craig came back afterward to see that all was well. Based on our experience, we believe that Craig goes the extra mile for his customers. We appreciate that and feel good about recommending him. Craig Byrd, the owner of the company came out promptly and gave an estimate. He actually performed all work along with his partner. Work was scheduled and completed within one week. The price quoted for this work was excellent. After only a few days, the crawlspace moisture dropped to 54% relative humidity. Overall, I am extremely pleased. He was professional, and explained what his company would do and what he recommended in an outstanding fashion. He offered a great price (much lower than 4 other companies I had gotten estimates from and would provide more services than these other companies). Most of the companies I got estimates from could not start on the project in less than 3-4 weeks. Craig and his company was able to start within 5 days.
Craig and his team arrived on time, and efficiently got the work done within 2 days. He was very communicative with me about the project, and when it was completed he walked me through my and quot;newand quot; crawl space where he had reapplied falling insulation from the top, and had also sprayed all the wood to reduce the mildew that was there previously.
I was amazed at the transformation. It looked like a brand new home's crawl space. It was without odor, or dirt. It was a remarkable job.
