They are good. We have been going there for years. It's a good place. The last time I was there was about two or three weeks ago and I am going back again on Wednesday. They are primary care and had a diabetic doctor in there is very good.

I always arrive for any appointment 15-30 minutes early. This day was no different. After checking in with the Receptionist, I took a seat in the waiting room while waiting to be called. After updating the required paperwork and then 15-20 minutes later I heard my name and proceeded to the back where the nurse took my vitals.

I was then taken to an examination room and waited for Dr. Lapinskes. It was just a matter of a few minutes before he arrived. I was looking forward to meeting this doctor because he's been the primary care physician of one of my parents for several years, and has always taken good care of them.

After a brief discussion with the doctor while he was looking over my medical file, he completed the physical examination. He then sent me to the blood lab to submit blood work. From there it was a short stop at the billing window before I was on my way home.

The billing is always easy. Any insurance claims are filed for you if they're required. Although I'm not a fan of most doctors or medical clinics in general, this was a very pleasant experience with the exception of some of the procedures performed. Being a typical man, I'm not fond of the prostate check. Dr. Lapinskes is professional, a very likable and personable guy. I always feel welcome at this clinic and have received excellent care over the years.

The office is kind of small. It is an average doctor's office. I don't have to wait long in the office. I feel welcomed.

We like them a lot. She is an awesome doctor. She is very knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner. They work with us if we need an appointment that day. They get us in and out as soon as possible. They do a good job with the whole set up.
