Installer was a perfectionist. Took a little bit longer but did an excellent job. Cleaned up every night. Initial shipment of wood was wrong color but saleman went out of his way to recover. Overall very good experience

Install new grout on backsplash and floors.

"The last conversation I've had with the member, following receipt of the letter from TEC, she expressed that she would discuss the requirements with her husband and get back in touch with me. That conversation was held over two weeks ago, to date. TEC has said to coat the grout with a stain/sealer to correct this discoloration issue. Stain/sealer is not a faux finish; it actually penetrates the grout and has a 15 year warranty on the product. She has refused to let us perform this service. If she is not satisfied with the grout color, after we have used the stain/sealer, we will have TEC re-examine this case. TEC has stated that they will not replace the grout until we have tried the stain/sealer."
