Richard is as conscientious and detail oriented as they come, and I have many other contractor experiences for comparison. He believes in doing a quality job and won't cut corners. He is friendly and pleasant to work with. He keeps a neat site and cleans up very well each day and at the end of the job. He communicates well regarding scheduling and progress. Richard is refreshing in that he combines integrity, quality AND affordability. His pricing tends to be much less than other Charlotte based contractors, and you get far more than what you pay for in my opinion (and I've used MANY). He had one employee with him on my job. Richard has experience in a wide variety of construction and remodeling projects, so I don't think there is much he can't tackle. He also does siding, windows, decks, additions, and concrete work. I strongly recommend Richard for any type of remodeling work.
