Ken was extremely professional and understood that he was coming into a job that was poorly done by a different person. He took his time and made sure that I was completely satisfied with the work. He even took a look at a dining room table and helped me with the repairs on it. He came back on a few occasions during this process to ensure that the job was done correctly. He even helped me problem solve a shutter issue that was completely unrelated to the job, but in the same room as where he was working. I would highly recommend Ken for his services, expertise, and professionalism.

Ken did a fantastic job. He was easy to contact and schedule an appointment. He arrived on time on the day of the appointment. He explained his strategy for repair. My desktop had deep black circular stains from the feet of my computer monitor and after he finished you could not tell there had ever been any damage.
